For the critique I had only managed to finish one of my stories, but I was able to get feedback for this and apply it to the rest of my UI as I had planned for it all to follow the same layout.

Here is what I submitted.

I was advised to create a brand for my app which is something I had planned on doing at a later stage. I also was told to add an exit button so the user can stop the story whenever they want, I have now added this.

My lecturer also mentioned that there was no way of adding a story to your favourites even though I had a favourites tab. This is something I completely missed out on. They also mentioned the text describing the story was very small and made the home screen look very busy. I thought about it and realised this text wasn’t exactly necessary due the the title of the story. I decided to remove the description text and add in a favourite button instead.

One thing that was brought up was to add a swipe up feature on the stories to maybe include a YouTube video or an explanation on some complicated words. I think this is a great idea, however due to time constraints its not something I feel I can accomplish but with more time I would’ve loved to include this feature.
