Reflection The recent lecture on design and strategy covered a wide array of topics, ranging from setting ambitious goals with BHAGs to designing ethical user experiences free from dark patterns. Reflecting on the key takeaways, I see immense value in integrating these concepts into my future projects.

Firstly, the notion of BHAGs (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals) struck a chord with me. Setting ambitious goals not only motivates teams but also provides a clear direction for design efforts. By incorporating BHAGs into my future projects, I can inspire innovation and push boundaries to create truly impactful solutions.

Moreover, the discussion on onboarding and off-boarding experiences highlighted the importance of seamless transitions for users. Designing intuitive onboarding processes ensures that users can easily familiarise themselves with a product or service, while graceful off-boarding experiences leave a lasting positive impression. Implementing these insights in future projects will lead to higher user satisfaction and retention rates.

User personas emerged as another crucial aspect of the lecture.
