Starting the design phase of my app, I relied on the groundwork laid by the sitemap and user flows to envision the visual representation of each process. With accessibility at the forefront of my mind, given the broad audience my app targeted, I aimed for simplicity and intuitiveness in the design to ensure usability for all.
Adhering to industry standards for elements such as the calendar, confirmation dialogs, and the layout of the home screen was paramount. This approach not only ensured familiarity for users but also aligned with Jakob's Law, which emphasizes the importance of leveraging existing design patterns to enhance usability.
While sketching out the interface, I focused on creating clear and self-explanatory designs that would require minimal cognitive effort for users to navigate. Each screen was meticulously crafted to guide users through the desired actions seamlessly, whether it was booking an appointment, viewing their medical history, or accessing support features.

By embracing simplicity and adhering to established design conventions, I aimed to create an inclusive user experience that catered to the diverse needs of my audience while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the app's objectives.
