Based on my research, I generated a mind map outlining several significant challenges currently facing the NHS. Among these, I identified two issues that appear to have the most pronounced impact on the public: A&E waiting times and access to a GP. To gain deeper insights into these specific challenges, I conducted further investigation into their underlying causes and implications.
